Ziggs Ult "Overkill" Augment Bug in Odyssey

When using the Overkill augment on ziggs (the other 2 I have on him for a total of 3 are Refresher and Hexhealing), his ult randomly fails to work. Sometimes ziggs can throw out 1 to 2 bombs and then no more bombs will come out. Other times, he will throe no bombs altogether.

During this time ziggs spazzes out in place and I see no ult reticle, nor ziggs throwing a bomb, the vfz for the bomb, nor enemies taling dmg.

This bug has happened multiple times within the same game, and have noticed it all today when I played ziggs.
