Not being awarded a mastery token for getting an S- in ranked games

Twice I have earned a S- on Nami in rank games and both times I did not receive a token. I did receive a token for earning an S+ though. I hope it is a bug, can you guys please fix so I can get my Nami to level 7 and can I get a free mastery token?

you have to get an S or better to get the rank 7, so S- doesn't count S- only helps on rank 6

It clearly says get an S so, why does an S- not count when you have to get an S or better.

S and S+ only for Mastery 7 tokens.
