Thresh Attack Speed Bug

Please fix the thresh attack speed bugs. His auto attack animations are not consistent when you stack a lot of attack speed. The first attack will be extremely slow even with 2.5 maxed attack speed. If you stand still then you will attack fast at 2.5... but if you attack-move-attack-move the animations are extremely slow.
