[CHAMP SELECT] New champ select disappointing bug

Had 3 friends I was in a party with (one of whom had first pick). First pick had 3 seconds left and it just instantly kicked him as not picking a champ. He had Yi selected (was hovering over Irelia) and was about to lock in and just kicked everyone out, he was still in party. Attempted to queue up again and it showed him as having dodged. IGN is scandiums25.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter ranked champ select with total of 3 people
2. Get through pick intent and ban phase
3. First picked selected Yi (had not yet locked in) and still had 3 seconds left
4. Kicked back to lobby.
