When will the PBE site be fixed?

Because every time I go back to the PBE signup link to try and make my account that you approved me of, I'm redirected to an Error: 500 page. So, any updates on when you're going to fix this? Because it's going to be a real bummer if you approved me of PBE only to shut me out because I was "too late", when it's your fault that I can't make my PBE account in the first place.
