Bad Santa's Event Horizon

Veigar's E with Bad Santa Veigar skin is not visible to enemies like regular Veigar's E is. It only seems to show the windup effect(whirling of red) as soon as champions are already getting stunned. After they start being getting stunned if they're in the 'wrong' place, the wall pops up. The windup effect needs to start for enemies at the same time as the default and the other skins. I play a lot of Veigar so I'm pretty familiar with the fact that enemies do get a reduced warning time for his wall-stun compared to allies, but this skin gives no warning at all to enemies and instead starts showing the effects late.
