Server refuses connection and conneciton cut during load screen

Hello,

REporting this bug to NA as EUNE representattivers of RIOT apparently cannot relay bug reports to RIOT STAFF:

How does this happen: A player gets load screen crash and his reconnection attempts are automatically denied until he has wits to restart client. Instead of load screen he gets immediate crash and return to reconnect button. When he finally gets connected, some other player is kicked out of game. This is thus major problem in either server hardware or server code running the game.

IT is not his network issue as he gets into game. It is apparent bug either in client or server code. RIot, please, stop implemetning more bugs before you can fix this bug which has been around for 3 years now!

Could we get details of this "soft reset" of Ranking or does RIot have no clue what is happening?
