Game crashed and wont start up again
Had a full crash, everything shut down, including client. Logged back in, says game still in progress, but doesnt give me an option to get back in.

Sounds like that game became bugged for you. It happens on occasion, you shouldn't receive any penalties for one game however. I'd continue and if it happens again, give me a shout.
