ARAM Health relic indicator [GAMEPLAY]

Only started happening this patch. Sometimes the mini map will show a health relic live when it's not. If you bring up the scoreboard it will display the correct timer, but if you ping it it will say the relic is live even though it's not.

Not sure what's causing it.
