Loot Crafting Ward Bug: Part II: Riot Doesn't care that my money is being wasted.

So I already posted about this, and after 2 days of not receiving any input, resolution, or reimbursement, I'm going to do it again, cause now I'm pissed. The wards in loot crafting are bugged. I've recieved not one, or two, but a total of three ward skin shards that had a bugged name. The first one went by without me knowing that it would not be recieved. I unlocked it, and it was not added to my inventory (it was a Chinese new year ward, I dont remember which one.) Now, I have a third useless ward skin that I got from a box that I cant unlock, because I know that if I do, I wont get it. Perhaps spending money on boxes is a waste of money, but it's money that I'm spending on a product that I am not receiving. I really would appreciate some sort of feedback. I don't care about the specific wards, I just want something else to replace it at least. Why bother using the loot crafting if it doesn't work?
