[GAMEPLAY] Synchronization Error - Very detrimental.

For the last 5 or so patches I've been running into an interesting error that I've presumed is a synchronization glitch. At first I thought it was my own client just acting up until I spoke with other people who've experienced the same issues I have. The reason I choose to bring it up here is because it's only been effecting me recently, and I've been using the new client since the alpha, and for once I've been talking to people who've had the exact same problems. I think it's worth looking into considering how much of a detriment to gameplay this error is. The following issues are present during this glitch

  • Cursor - a normal mouse cursor instead of the league client cursor is present in-game. What makes this so serious is that when you right/ left click twice in the same space, your game client is exited and you're brought to a 'source' page opened on your notepad or a 'print' page. Your computer is still acting as if you're not in game. You can also neither type in the in-game chat, issue pings accurately - the node for pings actually points out that your cursor seems to be extremely far away, as in completely off to the edges of the sandbox area completely. You can also not type in the shop for items.

  • Blackscreen after alt + tab / tabbing out of the client + unable to interact with task manager / access other open programs. If you tab out during this error, you're unable to access your task manager or interact at all with any open programs on your task bar. You can click on them and highlight them, but you won't be able to access them.

  • End-game entrapment. When you reach the end of a game, the victory / defeat screen, when clicked on 'continue' causes the game itself to freeze. Alt-tabbing has not helped me in this case, and in the times I have rarely gotten out of it, the blackscreen above will not let me access my task manager to close the game client. The only thing that let me get out of it was a hard reboot on my pc.

At first, I assumed this glitch was caused by tabbing out at an awkward moment during the loading screen. However I've encountered this error without tabbing out. I've ran repair tools several times during the times I've encountered this synchronization glitch but still failed to find a resolution. I've reset my client,x'ed out, etc. but whenever I got back into a game I was on the same problem over and over.

I think it'd be useful for other players to know this exists so I'm posting here where it feels most appropiate.

I'm one of those mentioned that reported the same problem. I'd like to point out a couple of discrepancies or additional details from my own experiences that I've observed tonight, this being my first ever encounter with the issue (been playing actively again since...February, I think)

-I had troubles similar, but not identical, to the 2nd and 3rd points: I played one ranked game, started a solo custom game, and opened the practice tool twice, but the response upon closing/ending varied. my ranked game closed business as usual when I clicked defeat and I came to the results screen as normal, but when I tried to exit my custom game and the 1st practice tool normally, via the "Exit Game" button, that is when it got unresponsive. Ctrl+Alt+Del got me to task manager which was obscured by the mentioned blackscreen and I couldn't access anything...but eventually it closed. I didn't need to reboot my computer. Also, when I closed the practice tool the 2nd time, I had alt+tabbed and closed it via the desktop and it went quietly. I also don't recall alt+tabbing burdening me with a black screen. Either way though, I did run into this issue of a restrictive black screen after closing multiple times.

-I completely restarted my league client before both instances of me opening the practice tool, but I had the same problems regardless. Gonna restart before I head off to bed and try again tomorrow morning but simply closing and reopening the league client has not been a fix on my end.

-Someone else has mentioned to me that they were not experiencing this problem recently, but it happened to them a lot in season 6. It doesn't necessarily seem to be just a season 7 exclusive endeavor.

Hope this some kind of additional clarity for anyone else invested in figuring this issue out. I'd rather not try to adapt to this issue and play around it.
