Rage blade and Stacks of Fervor
After rageblade is built stacks of fervor doesn't stack anymore. I was playing Quinn when this happened.. It permenantly disabled the keystone.

No thanks. It's barely worth competitively on any ranged characters because you're unable to efficiently stack it to max early enough in a fight. The AS takes that long to ramp up, just buy a Zeal item. 40 AD is pretty low, just buy an adc damage item. The only AP ratio she has is 50% on her Q which also scales 120% off AD. Sorry, can't find a reason to justify it.
I run both on some champs, and I've never seen that happen before.
