Dr. Mundo E bugged

I believe it has only been happening this patch, maybe the last 2 patches, but Dr. Mundo applyies his "first auto damage" throughout his E duration, and each attack forces him to pay it's cost again. This is taking my win rate from 70% down to 50%, and would love to not lose hundreds of health to my E.
