Only the corner of the Client window can be seen + Temporary Fix

This bug ALWAYS happened when i had these changes set in game. The resolution set at 1280x720 and Full Screen. The fix is by changing one of the variables, or play in borderless or change the resolution. The resolution might be different for someone else. My desktop resolution is set to 1920x1080, and the game took some time to center the 1280x720 resolution when i set it first time (so this might be one of the reasons)

I'm reporting it because i want the 1280x720 + Full Screen combination fixed
