weird in game bug that prevents me from buying at the shop

So I've had this weird bug happen occasionally were I return to base to buy something from the shop and I cannot. Like Literally cannot Buy or Sell anything. I don't really know how to reproduce this effect in game as it has happened a few times now. What I do know is this:

I will b to return to shop and have my shop open (either alive or dead). When I return to base if I go to the show all items tab in the shop and then go back to the shops front page until I go out of the base I cannot buy from the shop. I don't know if the game is supposed to do this (with it being SR and not ARAM it shouldn't right?), but it has happened. Sorry if this is a weird vague post I'm tired and in need of sleep.
