[Client] New Champ Select unable to recover from network error

My wifi card has an issue where every once in a while (once a week at most) it dies on me. No biggie, unplug it, plug it back in and I'm back to running in 5-15 seconds.

This time it happened in champion select. I clicked "Lock in", nothing happened, realized what was going on, unplugged and re-plugged it in in time. Other web pages were loading, the timer was still ticking, but I was unable to lock in. My friends got kicked from the queue, and I still had the screen you see above. The "Lock in" button would show back up, but it wouldn't do anything.

At the very least I expect the client to dump me back to the homepage when this type of thing happens.
