Ivern's Smite and Passive are Buggy

I've recently been playing Ivern and have noticed a couple bugs with him.

First off is his passive. Sometimes when you click a camp to perform "Friend of the Forest" he just stands there and you have to click a couple more times for him to use it (Note: this happens even when enough mana and health are available to use his passive).

Second is his smite. For whatever reason Ivern will sometimes not smite Drake, Baron, and Rift (Rift both in camp form and summoned form). This particular bug lead to harassment after an enemy stole our baron because I couldn't smite it.

I play Ivern and never had that problem. Smite problems might be you missing keys, you might have high ping, or other problems. As for camps, make sure you click the large monsters. You can't click a small chicken, only the big one. Only the two headed wolf, not the singulars. Also make sure you have both mana and health. First clear can't be done without a health pot because he would die taming camps.
