Renekton Bot bug

So every time i put Renekton on my team or my enemy team (beginner, or intermediate), by level 6 - 10, he just goes AFK in his base and doesn't move until the game eventually ends. I don't remember which video it was on, but a LoL youtuber named MagikarpUsedFly was playing with a renekton bot on the enemy team with his friends and noticed also that either he stands in base, or doesn't attack minions until they kill him.
