Kalista Passive Bugging with Lethal Tempo

I recently discovered that Kalista's passive fails to work on certain attacks while having lethal tempo active. I'd like to request you guys take a look into this and see if you can find anything actually wrong because this is very impactful to the way she is played. Thank you
