I was just in a game and immolate never worked after completing Cinderhulk. I would stand near groups of monsters and they would not attack as is normal when u have immolate. Also tried with a helpful enemy who received no damage until my newbie AA hit them lol.
Did they change it so it doesn't burn unless you're in combat? I don't remember. If so, it'd mean you can go through your jungle without aggroing camps you don't want to fight.
Riot changed Cinderulk's Immolate passive so that it won't deal damage unless you are in combat, so you have to take damage/deal damage in another way in order for the Immolate passive to be active.
