Client is incredibly slow after pre-season update, and rune issues in champ select.

Updated league earlier today played a few games, but the client was so slow for me. I try to open my loot page? 20 second wait. I try to open my rune tab to make some custom pages? 30 second wait time. There was a 5+ second delay between when I selected a rune, and when it actually registered in the rune page. I combined keys in loot and it took a full minute before I could click anything in the client again because it was stuck trying to combine them.

If I tried to change a rune page in champ select, it would alter more rune pages than just the one i was working on. I was making a page for lee sin, and when I went to check my other pages my tank page's 2nd rune tree had been changed to the runes I used in my lee sin page. This also happened when I changed my support page. In addition to that, i couldnt change the name of my lee sin page in champ select. It would change it in the actual rune page, but the name wouldn't update in the drop-down menu under all the champion icons.
