Nocturne's W display info is bugged

It seems every time I was leveling up W, it told me bonus attack speed would be 5. It seems to apply the correct values and is the correct value on the display after leveling, but just after leveling up is the next level increase display bugged. It always says the next attack speed bonus is 5.
