WHY IS THE GAME TABBING OUT ON IT'S OWN MULTIPLE TIMES?!

It's been happening for a while now and yet no word from you, i died in my ranked promo cause of this stupid bug. Teammates said "why suicide" in chat after it happened. If i get any kind of punishment from this stupid bug i'll be sending a ticket and it better be removed. and yes i'm angry, fumed even, that sth this gamebreaking and important is not put in the lightspot or hotfixed. IT HAPPENED A MIDDLE OF A FIGHT FFS.
