[GAMEPLAY] Wards No Longer Show the Small Info Toolips

Normally, when you mouse over a ward, trinket, or sightstone, a small toolip (or whatever you wish to call it) will appear saying how many wards you have placed (Ex. 0/3 1/3 2/3 or 3/3 or for pinks 0/1 1/1) Well since I updated my client to patch 4.21, this no longer appears. Believe it or not, this actually has quite a negative impact on my gameplay as a support, since I rely on that quick info to know how many wards I have placed. It still shows in the description popup, but it doesnt stand out as much (Clarity please!)

The same thing has happened with the numbers that appear over your wards on the minimap/ingame. Usually a number will appear above your wards numbering them based on when you placed them. They no longer show up. This also negatively impacts my gameplay, as I'm no longer sure which ward I will be sacrificing when I place a new ward at 3/3.

I hope you guys can fix this :) They may be small issues, but they mean a lot to me as a Support main. :) Thank you for your time!
