I had 22 seconds left to chose a champ when suddenly I was kicked out of the lobby saying I failed to select a champion. First time I had to wait 5 mins and now I have to wait 30. Anyone have anything similar to this happen?
If you lag out when someone locks in, your client keeps their timer running down to zero before moving on to you. If they locked in with 22 seconds remaining and your client doesn't know that, it'll look like you have 22 more seconds than you really have.
TL;DR - Lag did it. They need to make the client regularly ping the servers to ensure accuracy.
