I pay money for a skin, this shouldn't happen...
I clicked on the skin many many times to select it (Arclight Vel'Koz). It didn't show up in game. I thought they fixed this.

did you click off of the skin, then find it using the arrows on the side to sort through to it?
In team builder currently you have to select your skin, the original skin, then your skin again otherwise it doesnt register the skin you have as your default but the original
Is it just me or does Arclight Vel'Koz have a bug where the animation on his W (Void Rift) extends past the actual range of the skill? I noticed while playing against one yesterday.
