(Teemo) Blind

This may refer to all blinds, im not entirely sure but...

Why do blinds seem to take time to take effect?

Example that happened many times last few games ~

  • I'm Teemo, I blind Caitlyn and it hits her. She turns around, still with black fog around her head, and starts AAing me and doing full damage with each AA.
  • I'm Teemo, I blind Master Yi while he is AAing me. All of his AAs continue to deal full damage until I die.

Blinds don't seem to work, at all.

Each AA does damage before the animation finishes. Champions with high attack speed could hit you 2-3 times before you even saw it. When you blinded them, that damage was already taken.
