Steadfast Presence not blocking dashes

So, I just played a few games and I've noticed that Vayne seems to be able to tumble through without issue. I've seen Riven's jumps also bypassing this from time to time.

I understand that Riot has a bit of trouble when it comes to Poppy being fully functional, but could you guys please take a closer look at these?
