Not receiving a message when getting a key

Title. I'll look in Postgame lobby and maybe someone will have an S but it won't say anything about a key fragment. Then I go into hextech crafting and lo and behold, I have an extra key.

This has happened twice now. The first time I thought I might be unobservant and I had 2 keys and had gotten the other one in a previous won game. After that I made sure to look for the message but nothing. Then I looked again after 2-3 more games and I had it.

If you need a key fragment, check your hextech crafting. You might've gotten it already.
