garen's q didnt silence immediately

when i try to use q to silence on enemy... someone dodged (such as dash, disappear) or cc (such as knocked up or stun or slow)... or even flash to avoid the burst damage...

it didnt not happen once... pretty annoying...

once silenced... cancel their active or caster immediately please...

There's a point when the animation begins (attack is guaranteed to hit), and the finish of the animation (damage and silence applied). During this time, a player can flash to avoid Garen's combo, etc. This is the way it is with all skills.
