[Client] Editing Rune Pages doesn't remember your preferences

What Happens: Every time I go to edit my Rune Pages I have to re-click the Grid View and re-check Show Detailed Descriptions.

Expected Behavior: That it behaves similarly to the Item Shop, remembering your preference for how you like to view things.
