League Client is showing wrong game times

Basically, I logged on about the same time as my friend, but left for 30 minutes to do something. I come back, and my friend's game timer is... weird. He's only been playing the game for around 25 minutes, but even the game when you spectate also says its at 89+ mins.

I don't know if this is just specific to my client or something just didn't sync right on the client, but still very weird.
