Random Input failure

For some reason, every few games, I am unable to input commands. Simple as that. The game moves on, I can see everything, but I can't do anything. I bring up the chatbox and type, but pressing enter does nothing. I can click the map and receive the click animation response, but my character doesn't do anything. It lasts anywhere from 10 to 30 seconds and has cost me multiple games. I'm really really tired of this.
