[Gameplay] Fizz jungle monster reset bug

Was goofing around in a custom when I found this bug.

How to reproduce/what the bug is: Get Fizz and get Zhonya's. Use Playful/Trickster and activate Zhonya's. There will still be the damage portion of Playful/Trickster but the monsters will not attack and are stuck in 'reset' mode. They regen health very fast and it doesn't seem to fix itself until Playful/Trickster is used again.

The was on NA regular server (not PBE).
