Is Dreadnova Darius not actually out on live servers yet or is my client bugged?

Hello, hello; as the title above addresses, I don't seem to be able to forge Dreadnova Darius in Hextech. It is very mentionable I do not own Darius yet; however, I did not own Vayne when Soulstealer Vayne came out yet was able to see the skin in Hextech Crafting. So I wanted to question if the skin isn't actually out on live servers yet or if maybe I need to repatch my client? I've check on both the Alpha Client and Legacy Client and neither seem to have it as an option after selecting my gemstones.
