Titanic Hydra Active Animation Bug
When using the active on
the animation delays your next 'autoattack' tested on PBE and NA with
Notes:
You can cancel the active animation (with S or such) which will stop the delay. [Which is why i think its the animation]
There is no visible delay with low attack speed
-I'll probably do more testing later. Also not sure if this is a bug or not. Could be intentional...
