Champ Select Screen Cropped

I was just loading into my first game of the patch. I got a notification of a team being inactive, and clicked on that, which took me out of champ select. When i clicked back on the home icon, it took me to champ select, but with this screen. You can see why it's a problem and might need to be fixed.
