RekSai's unborrow procs Q 4 times instead of 3 [P6.2]

During the unborrow/knockup animation with an enemy being attacked, you can activate her Q [Queen's Wrath] 4 times instead of 3. It also works if you do three of her Qs then her E [Furious Bite] and you can also get the fourth Q for free.

Is it not just an ability reset? I'm not so sure if that was part of her kit, but I've never experienced a 4th Q.

I've also tested it after the unborrow is completed and it works fine. It seems to be that the charges between unburrow & queen's wrath overlap and doesn't count the first Q.
