Missing a Glorious Capsule from leveling up

Today I leveled up to level 90 and the game awarded me with a glorious capsule. I already had one that I did not use. When I went the loot tab, the new glorious capsule was not there so I used the one I had.

Can I get refunded a glorious capsule?
