Game randomly crashed?

In a game for one of my promotional games to diamond, lock in Gnar, adjust mastery/rune pages, and then this happens: http://i.imgur.com/kkc9jWf.png Is there any hope of getting that loss removed? The client crashed after hitting the button the scroll down skins.

Edit: Game still went through, but there seems to be random client crashes.
