Game Black screened after getting ulted by Naut and died.

So I got ulted by naut near the turret, Karma, lucien, and Ahri where there, I died and the screen went black, I could hear my character moving, and see my icon change to the shop icon but I couldn't see anything, alt f4, task manager, anything. restarting my computer and coming back into the game.
