[GAMEPLAY] Azir's ult double damage/bounce proc

I thought this was fixed? just had a game against an azir whose ult, every time without fail, would deal its damage twice and bounce you off it twice. didn't matter the circumstances, happened every time. made the guy deal 2/3 of our squishies' hp with his ult.
