Loading Screen Bug

Hi, just recently I experience this very odd bug. I was in Normal Draft Dynamic Que and we went through the steps and we got the loading screen. During the loading screen The whole enemy team loaded, and me, Morgana and Yi fully loaded while Vayne was at 0% and the support wasn't connected yet,so I went to YouTube while I waited for them. After about 10-12 mins I remembered I had a League game but when I tabed back I was still stuck on the Loading screen. Anyone else having this problem with the loading screen?
