League Client keeps minimizing when in game

This happens ONCE every game in the first 10 minutes then never happens again throughout the course of the game. It's really annoying. I checked the OfficeBackgroundTaskHandlerRegistration thing in Task Scheduler, disabled it and it's still doing it. This only started happen after my most recent Windows update last week, it never happened before. Please help.

Usually these issues stem from registry errors. Download CCleaner go to the "Registry" segment, click scan then "fix all issues w/o backup".

I have used CCleaner as well as the Razer Cortex Game Booster and neither of those worked...Any other solutions??
