Pinging champions is a bit wonky right now

As of the past couple of days, I've noticed some weird stuff when pinging champions. Primarily, in two games with a Fizz on my team, trying to ping them would show just show up a message of (Ingame name) (Champion), so for example Juggernaut628(Sivir): and then the next message would be printed out on the same line as it. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures, but I'm sure I can get some tomorrow. I believe this isn't only with Fizz, too.

Just as an example, let's say I ping Fizz 3 times while playing Sivir and then our allied Riven, let's call them Jeff, says "Hello", it would print out like:

Juggernaur628 (Sivir): Juggernaut628 (Sivir): Juggernaut628 (Sivir): Jeff (Riven): Hello

It's really annoying when trying to use smart pings doesn't work, so anyone who can provide screenshots, or even acknowledge that this is something that's affecting more people than just me, would be greatly appreciated.
