Why is teambuilder not letting me use my chroma pack?

Thanks for the report!

We're aware of issues where sometimes chroma packs aren't loading into the game properly. Unfortunately, we currently don't have a solid repro for the issue and are still investigating.

I personally use the Nami chroma pack and I've found that selecting -> deselecting -> re-selecting the chroma pack has allowed the chroma pack to be successfully loading. (Crappy workaround, I know. D:)
