Twitch basic attacks dealing pure true damage?

http://s33.postimg.org/6gs3vftgv/wtf.jpg Just was playing a game as Rammus against a full AD team. Thought it'd be a piece of cake it I just built pure armor... but I was getting melted by Twitch. Apparently twitch doesn't deal physical damage? Death recap showing his basic attacks dealing 100% true damage...

I was gonna say if he has more armour pen then u do armour then it does tru dmg... but erm... idk your rammus so thats not the problem XD
