Tooltip for the Resolve tree Keystone masteries acting glitchy

Just wanted to post about something I saw as I was editing my shiny new mastery pages. When I hover over the three Keystone masteries for the Resolve tree, the tooltip starts rapidly flicking from the top left of my cursor to the bottom right. These are the only tooltips I see this happening to.
