Kicked from urf game

i was about 20 mins into an urf game and i was chasing a veigar when i randomly stopped moving. a window pops up saying reconnecting, so i wait for 1 minute then i leave the game to rejoin, but when i leave it kicks me out of the game it just puts me at the screen right after you login to league? this is so wired.
