I don't have video of it, but in a Poro King game I played earlier (haven't tried it in other modes), Gangplank 's barrels wouldn't apply the damage from item 3100 .

Do barrels normally apply on hits? I guess I don't even know.

They normally apply item 3057 and item 3078 . I don't know about others.

I'm pretty sure they don't beyond the trinity force/sheen mentioned before. Lich Bane's weird, though, since it's from his ap vs ad
